The design combines cnc-compatible manufacturing with an easy assembly. Before milling the multiplex boards have been covered with a flexible wood veneer. In combination with a specially milled mitre the result is a wood hinge. By folding and plugging the flat packed parts can be assembled. Leather stripes at the forelegs are the only fixation needed to give the chair stability.
